Midco’s customized, automated data transfer allows
you to receive all information captured by associates via
FTP site, email, fax delivery or a combination of methods
that best meet your needs.

With Midco, you are assured of strong data integrity and quality control. Backup systems and verification reports are developed to ensure all orders and customer contact are documented, delivered to you, and archived at Midco.

When data is transferred to you, manual order entry is not required. Midco’s full time, in-house Information Technology staff customizes data exports in many of the catalog industry’s popular operating systems file layout formats.

Our programmers are well versed in the following options (many of which are currently in use with other customers): Web Interface, XML, Real time in live system via VPN connection, and Tape Macs. This information can be sent to you in batches or posted as each one comes in for real-time upload, depending on the capabilities of your system.

Management Reports

  • Summary
    • The number of completed, incompleted and total calls
    • The number of completed, incompleted and total minutes
    • Average minutes per call
  • Incomplete Call Summary
    • Reason for not saving data (escape reasons)
    • Total number of calls per category
    • Length of time spent in each category
    • Average length of time spent per call in each category
  • Catalog Detail
    • Total catalog orders
    • Total number of items ordered
    • Total extended costs
    • Average number of items per order
    • Average cost per order
    • Total minutes spent taking orders
    • Average minutes spent taking the order
  • Format and Frequency of report
    These reports will be formatted with daily and monthly totals.

    • Upon request, the reports can be emailed daily or weekly.
    • At the end of the month, the reports will be printed in hard copy form and mailed to you with the invoice.

Real-time ACD Statistics
Same statistics as #2 above, but reported in 15-minute increments, refreshed every 15 minutes. Available through a secure client portal. Data is downloadable and saved indefinitely on Midco’s server.
