He also supports Midco’s business growth initiatives by providing direction regarding new product offerings and service features to meet changing industry needs.   Handling everything from budgeting to forecasting, Vince’s positive attitude is a significant strength in an ever-changing contact center world. He provides strategic business planning in order to drive the long-term profitability and business performance for both Midco and Midco clients.

Overseeing an experienced team of trainers and quality coaches, Amanda ensures that each agent has the knowledge, feedback and support to handle every call with courtesy and professionalism. Her training department works closely with you to develop a program to fulfill your training objectives.   Brian has more than 15 years of experience designing, building and managing technology infrastructure. His experiences include application development, network project management and system integration. Additionally, he has direct sales experience, and is acutely aware of customer service.

With over 15 years of experience in management and human resources, Julia and her team foster positive employment relationships from application to retirement.   As the Business Development Manager, Roger oversees our team of Business Development Executives and helps to define the sales and marketing strategies for Midco Connections. With over eight years of Contact Center Sales and Client Service Support, Roger’s goal is the same as every other Midco team member – to provide your company with the products and services that will help you to succeed.

Patti serves as the Operations Manager for Midco Connections and she is responsible for overseeing an experienced team of managers, leads, and associates. Her approach to quality and customer care is ensured through her hands-on involvement at all levels of operations. Patti and her team are an extension of your business, working toward the common goal of high quality customer care. She is committed to your satisfaction and success.   Chris oversees a group of Account Relationship Managers who interact and support our clients’ needs on a daily basis. Chris and his team are committed to providing exceptional service and dedicated to ensuring that each unique client receives the results they are looking for. Chris has several years of sales experience at Midco, establishing solutions for clients that helped increase profitability and enhanced the relationship clients have with their customers.

Stacey serves as the Interaction Services Manager and has over 15 years of experience with Midco Connections. She leads a team of managers and contact center leads who provide exceptional leadership and service to over 300 associates and multiple clients. With Stacey’s support and direction, her team can be counted on to consistently deliver outstanding results for clients and their customers.   As the Interactions Services Manager of Fargo, Terri is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the contact center. With her strong leadership background and excellent communications skills, she is able to find efficient methods to continue to drive excellent performance and results along with maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
