He also supports Midco’s business growth initiatives by providing direction regarding new product offerings and service features to meet changing industry needs.   Handling everything from budgeting to forecasting, Vince’s positive attitude is a significant strength in an ever-changing contact center world. He provides strategic business planning in order to drive the long-term profitability and business performance for both Midco and Midco clients.

Julia supports Midco’s mission by ensuring that all of our associates are a great fit, ready to provide excellent service for your customers. With over 15 years of experience in management and human resources, Julia and her team foster positive employment relationships from application to retirement.   Brian has more than 15 years of experience designing, building and managing technology infrastructure. His experiences include application development, network project management and system integration. Additionally, he has direct sales experience, and is acutely aware of customer service.

Patti serves as the Operations Manager for Midco Connections and she is responsible for overseeing an experienced team of managers, leads, and associates. Her approach to quality and customer care is ensured through her hands-on involvement at all levels of operations. Patti and her team are an extension of your business, working toward the common goal of high quality customer care. She is committed to your satisfaction and success.  

As the Business Development Manager, Roger brings over 9 years of Business Process Outsourcing. Working directly with clients and prospects, Roger has the ability to properly match your outsourcing needs with the most efficient BPO model.  Roger also works with the Business Development Executives to ensure Midco is presenting the proper option for all opportunities. In addition to providing sales support for Midco, Roger is also responsible for all marketing functions of the business.

As the Interactions Services Manager of Fargo, Terri is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the contact center. She is also responsible for our Training and Quality department. With her strong leadership background and excellent communications skills, she is able to find efficient methods to continue to drive excellent performance and results along with maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.   Chris oversees a group of Account Relationship Managers who interact and support our clients’ needs on a daily basis. Chris and his team are committed to providing exceptional service and dedicated to ensuring that each unique client receives the results they are looking for. Chris has several years of sales experience at Midco, establishing solutions for clients that helped increase profitability and enhanced the relationship clients have with their customers. 
     
   
Jason Berg,
Forecasting & Scheduling Manager
   
     
Jason oversees Midco’s Forecasting and Scheduling team in charge of ensuring client calls, emails and chats are being serviced appropriately 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. Midco’s Business Forecast Analyst, Scheduling Analyst and Service Metrics Analyst roles are essential in getting the correct incoming transaction serviced by the correct representative. The F&S team also drives daily service level goals on a client-by-client basis and plans for staffing and hiring. Jason has 13 years of call center experience with the last 7 years in Workforce Management and Scheduling.
