Training programs are designed by our full-time
training department to fulfill client objectives.
Through daily updates, one-on-one meetings, monthly training sessions and test calls, training is a daily activity for all of our agents.
Initial inbound agent training
Midco’s new telephone associate training for full-time is a minimum of 120 hours. Training is a combination of classroom training and taking live calls.
Our program covers the importance of a positive impression and includes tools to handle calls with professionalism and knowledge.
New client training
Each new client is assigned a Midco trainer responsible for creating curriculum for associate training.
Your program is based on your needs, expectations and goals.
Associates learn about your brand, products and services, and must pass tests before working on your business.
Test calls determine if individual associates are ready to support an actual client’s products and services.
