Standard Report Sample
This Management Summary Report is available at no additional charge when you subscribe to Midco Connections’ Telemarketing Service. It is available daily, weekly, monthly, or all three. It shows the number of calls Midco’s associates took for your company. Completed calls are calls in which data was captured and delivered to your company. Information calls are calls that were handled in which no data was captured.

Information Call Summary
The Information Call Summary Report is a report customized to each individual client’s account. The information in this report details calls Midco’s associates handled in which caller information was not captured and forwarded to you. For example, a caller may have been referred to your customer service department to determine the status of their order, or a caller may have called to ask about your company’s return procedure. Maybe a caller may have called with other questions that Midco associates answer through information provided in your account’s associate assist screens (client specific Wikipedia applications.)

Hourly Call Summary
The Hourly Call Summary provides an hourly breakdown of calls that came into Midco Conncetions. This is a summary for the time period of the report.

Line Item Count Report
This report displays the average per order and total number of line items & quantity placed on each day specified. It also displays the totals and averages for the day at the bottom.
Line items = number of unique SKU numbers

Non-standard reports time to create and implement
Determining the amount of time it takes to develop a nonstandard report depends on the complexity of the report. Fortunately, Midco can be very responsive to your special requests. Midco has a group of programmers and an information specialist on staff to assist with programming and reporting needs. We do not contract programming work with programmers who are not “on premise”.
