Contact Center Associate
Successfully answer inbound telephone calls from customers who are clients of Midco Connections, while providing high-quality service with a helpful, professional attitude.
Business Forecasting Analyst
Accurately projects and forecasts Midco’s telephone traffic based on numerous input mechanisms (historical and season data, sales input, client information). Work closely with Forecasting and Scheduling Services team to provide uniformity in traffic management, scheduling, training and all other workforce related tasks.
Team Manager
Responsible for the daily management of a team of twenty or more Contact Center Associates and ensuring they are providing quality and efficient customer service by motivating, coaching, counseling, and enabling them to be successful associates.
Business Development Executive
Effectively prospect and sell Midco Connections services including Shared Inbound, Semi-Dedicated and Dedicated Agent Inbound, Outbound and E-mail/Chat services using appropriate telecommunications skills and other ancillary marketing tools.
Account Relationship Manager
Provide support to new and existing Midco Connections clients by maintaining their accounts, acting as liaison between the client and Midco, by performing the following duties personally or through team members.
Programmer
Under direction of the lead, successfully support, modify, implement, and maintain customer scripts and IT systems. Including but not limited to research, review, and development of import / export routines. Programming and maintenance of IT systems including computer programs, databases, and 3rd party systems, while actively supporting optimal customer satisfaction. Serve as Midco’s professional representative when dealing with customers and vendors.
Recruiter
Responsible for interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for clerical, technical, administrative, sales and management positions within Midco Connections. Considerable skill in interviewing techniques, good knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions within Midco Connections, a basic understanding of the Company’s organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
Quality Coach
Monitoring and evaluating the quality of inbound and outbound calls, documenting quality issues and developing scripts for clients.
Trainer
Provide training and education to existing and new hire employees. Assist with training needs assessment, program evaluation and recommending program content and training activities. Proactively identify and resolve training issues and provide coaching to new and existing employees to improve performance.
Service Metric Analyst
Provide real time continuity within Forecasting and Scheduling Services by working closely with the Scheduling Analyst and Business Forecasting Analyst. Take appropriate proactive and preventative measures to ensure that Midco Connections delivers metrics and measurements that meet and/or exceed client and Midco Connections operations management expectations.
Business Analyst
Develop and produce daily business analysis reporting for the Call Center. Responsible for developing and maintaining margin reporting that supports annual Midco Connections business plan by media type.
